Crazyhen
May I seek your view on the authenticity of the Psittachosaurus skeleton? It is from Beipiao of Liaoning.
daves64
I'm far from an expert, but the head & neck don't look right to me. 1 Accomplishing the impossible means only that the boss will add it to your regular duties.
Randyw
I’m not either but it doesn’t look right to me... here’s one for comparison
LordTrilobite
Looks like a likely composite to me. Some of the bones look like they might be real. But yeah the skull and neck look wrong. The whole torso looks too perfect and the tail looks wrong as well. 1 Olof Moleman AKA Lord Trilobite

sseth
I would suggest running away from this one. 1 _____________________________________ Seth www.fossilshack.com www.americanfossil.com www.fishdig.com
Sinopaleus
The bones are real, including the head and neck (they actually used thoracic vertebrae instead of cervical vertebrae for the neck), but they are sub-par quality. There's a bit of restoration to the postorbital area of the skull too. It's likely a chimaera, which means it was compiled from bones from various individuals.
