kinnza1
Hello all, My name is Zac. I'm out of Minneaota, and have been a fossil enthusiast as long as I can remember. I've prospected the Decorah Shale formation on the Mississippi many times, and was able to join an expedition in Morocco to work on uncovering new Spinosaur material back in 2015. The fossils I've come to collect have ranged from trilobites and ammonites, to many different dinosaur bones, teeth, and claws. I've loved sharing the knowledge and experience with others to help spread the passion and understanding of the field. Looking forward to being part of the group! minnbuckeye
A warm welcome from another Minnesotan. I just returned from my first local excursion of the year, sat down at the computer, and saw your post mentioning the Decorah Shale. That is what I was milling through today!!! Here are a few pictures, I didn't collect too much. Took mostly pictures. Hope you enjoy! Mike

kinnza1
Thanks everyone for the warm welcome, also really great to see other decorah shake hunters here! And @Tidgy's Dad I absolutely loved Morocco. I really hope to go back soon! And I'd be happy to share pictures of my findings. Already have a post regarding a couple teeth I picked up with little in the way of context, both advertised as tyrannosaurids from Judith River Formation. Looking forward to everyones fossil experiences and expertise!
