    The Geodeland Earth Science Clubs, Inc. will be holding their 28th annual show on March 8 & 9 in Macomb, Illinois, in the Student Union Ball Room on the campus of Western Illinois University. The hours are Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm.
    The show theme is "Rocks of the Rockies" and we will have a special display and program on the Triceratops "Homer" discovered by the Burpee Museum. Michael Henderson, Curator of Earth Sciences for the Burpee Museum in Rockford, Illinois, will be giving a live program on both Saturday and Sunday.
    There will be dealers of mineral, fossils, jewelry and equipment. Kids activities. Spin-and-Win. Live and Recorded Programs throughout both days. Identification of Fossils, Minerals and Artifacts. Lapidary Demonstrations. Silent Auction. Geode Cracking. Door Prizes. Displays of Fossils, Minerals, Meteorites, Artifacts and more. Fluorescent Minerals Display.
    Admission and Parking are free and there is food available in the building.
    Note: This is not the MAPS Fossil Exposition that is coming up on April 4-6 - same town, same campus, different building and different dates.
