Titringo Creek Siltstone leaves

A series of leaf fossils from the Eocene Titringo Creek Siltstone. Specimens from this locality are "mummified", meaning the siltstone can be broken down leaving the cuticle free of the matrix. Will update with more photos as I process more matrix!

Very interesting, thank you @oilshale! I have noticed this at another site where only the conifers fluoresce under UV. Will try it with these specimens..
