this thing is loaded with neat creatures! It was covered in sand & silt, did my best to get rid of it with vinegar & brush. Any advice for something stronger to remove this debris?

Thx, most of these little buggers were complete covered before I started with vinegar and brush. I was afraid to remove too much, causing the matrix to become brittle, therefore loosing these specimens.

the stream may be mapped as pleistocene, but the specimen is older. what cretaceous fm is mapped just outside the terrace deposits?
