That...is...INSANE!!!! Was this "created" with an unassociated tooth(the replacement looks clearly part of the jaw), and/or taken apart to view the teeth, or was this how IS was discovered(even if the big tooth was disarticulated)?

no matter what it's amazing, I'm just curious.

Nope! This is how the fossil was found. Pretty remarkable, isn't it?
