This fish and the Coelacanthus granulatus http://www.thefossilforum.com/index.php?/gallery/image/41249-coelacanthus-granulatus-agassiz-1839/ are from the early 90ties. At that time, the border between the eastern and western part of Germany opened up and the former death strip became accessible. Was found during road construction works.
