Statigraphy: Tamiami Formation Bed 11(?)
Location: APAC Pit, Sarasota County, Florida USA.
Status: Extinct
Notes: Considered a subspecies of E. quadricostata by Lauck Ward (pers. comm.). Close-set widely flaring ribs. Geographically restricted to Duplin and Tamiami Formations which were warmer than those north of ancient Cape Hatteras.
