Location: MR 9474-1017 from SMR Phase 10 and MR 1356-92 from APAC, Sarasota County, Florida USA.
Status: Extinct
Notes: Some authors have called the short spire form C. apicina, but in the Pinecrest Beds, both forms occur and can be identified by the unadorned apical whorls.
