Stratigraphy: Pinecrest Sand Member of the Tamiami Formation
Location: APAC, Sarasota County, Florida USA.
Status: Extinct
Notes: Separated from other Hystrivasum species by the presence of 6 body chords. More common in the Kissimmee River Valley, but very rare at Sarasota.
