Al Dente Posted March 19 The texture in this photo is typical for some (not all) fish bone. It’s never seen in shark centra. Lamniform shark centra usually have parallel septa around the edge. Your vert is asymmetrical which happens in a few shark and ray centra but usually shark and ray centra are round. 1 Link to comment
