Psittacosaurus fossils real or fake?

I saw this Psittacosaurus fossil  on the Internet

fossil owner says this fossil buy from Liaoning

Something seems really odd about it

is this fossil real? 

I would truly appreciate any response to my question

Looks real but also the skull looks heavily restored/rebuilt?  Hard to tell from the pictures

On the surface it looks real but without sharper and closeup pictures of the skeleton its impossible to say much more.  I would never purchase a skeleton like this without a hands on inspection.   Restoration can be easily missed with photos and you cannot see everything, parts of it may be composited  .

I agree that the head looks like there might be some repair or reconstruction. Most of the skeleton looks promising though. But I also agree that having just a few photos like these aren't enough to properly tell on a specimen like this.
