After finding this forum, I felt like I should post what I purchased here for a peace of mind ( I'm new here ) Can someone give their opinions on whether these two are fake/real ? Fossildude19 Posted June 21, 2020 Share Posted June 21, 2020 Flexicalymene ouzregui from Morocco on the trilobite. Knightia eocaena from the Green River Formation for the fish. Both are real, although the fish has been "enhanced" with an artificial, painted on body. The bones are real, however. aplomado Posted June 21, 2020 Share Posted June 21, 2020 Your fish is probably from Green River / Fossil Lake. There are many, many fine fish from Green River at reasonable prices. Your trilobite is probably from Morocco. There are lots of good trilobites from here is well (your trilobite looks fine to me).
