New Members HHIguy Posted August 11, 2020 New Members Share Posted August 11, 2020 Hey again all! These were found along Battery Creek in Beaufort County. The identifying characteristic for me is the smooth beige inside but I haven’t a clue what they might be. Any insights would be helpful. Thank you! digit
Looks to me to be a concretion--possibly phosphatic judging by the shiny black exterior. We'll let others familiar with the rocks found in the South Carolina creeks weigh in on this one. Cheers. -Ken
