Coco
Hi, I propose to the identification a fossil of a friend. This little sea urchin comes from the Black Cows, a famous site in the north of France. The age would be between Callovian and Oxfordian, or even more extensive. It is really pentagonal in shape, with a relatively flat profile, and it has two rows of interambular tubercles. It measures 12 mm in diameter and 7 mm high. Thanks for your help Coco 1 ---------------------- OUTIL POUR MESURER VOS FOSSILES : ici Ma bibliothèque PDF 1 (Poissons et sélaciens récents & fossiles) : ici Ma bibliothèque PDF 2 (Animaux vivants - sans poissons ni sélaciens) : ici Mâchoires sélaciennes récentes : ici Hétérodontiques et sélaciens : ici Oeufs sélaciens récents : ici Otolithes de poissons récents ! ici Un Greg...
