I was curious if anyone knows how these little spherical areas were created??  Never seen anything like this before.

Is it on top of the rock or part of it? I found one similar and it turned out to be a blue lichen.

I've found a tiny specimen similar to this in German glacial till, but have no idea what it is.

Looks like Pholad bore holes from marine organisms that have filled in with silicates to me. Also called Gastrochaenolites. Is the rock glassy, as in silicate mudstone?

once again,possibly orbicular granite.

Good possibility, but with the photos provided and overall uniformity on the surface, a fresh face and or cut and polish would help with that line of thinking. This is pretty low density and a bit too perfect for orbicular granite in my opinion. Also igneous rock is relatively rare in that area. Sure it could be glacial in origin, but I feel more site data would be needed to confirm.
