Crinoid like but oat shaped?

Found in st charles county Missouri.  While search for crinoids.  These looke like small oat shaped fossils.

The preservation isn't great, but I think these are small, oat shaped criniod columnals. There is considerable variation in the shape of columnals among crinoids.

Look at similar columnals of Platycrinites

Oval shaped and with synarthrial articulation could be Platycrinites columnals.

I agree with @Tidgy's Dad on the ID. If you are lucky enough to find a  section of stem, this crinoid is unique in having a twisted stem!!
