Believe me it did. I actually stared at it for a while not believing what I was looking at.  I have collected tens of thousands of teeth and  had never seen one like it.

Nice find. Do you know of any way to calculate how large the shark was based on the tooth's size? It must have been a monster!

If you take normal calculation of 10’ for every inch of blade this would be 20’+ shark. That calculation would be just an estimate and based on anterior tooth and doesn’t relate to all sharks so purely guesstimate.
