New Members PoppySmile Posted August 17, 2021 New Members Share Posted August 17, 2021 Hi from Oklahoma. Please forgive any errors or posting faux pas. I did read the intro info but I might have missed something. And any tag suggestions would be welcome as well. I don't really go searching for rocks or fossils as much as they find me. As a landscaper, I spend a lot of time in their domain. I have a couple clients with big rock gardens that have indulged my love of collecting a few of their pretty or interesting rocks here & there. I know literally nothing about the rocks and fossils I've found other than they all caught my eye in some special way and have been found in the context of a flower bed. There's one in particular that sent me searching for answers. I'll post it one the fossil id forum next. I'm so interested to learn more. I have nieces and nephews at the first love of dinosaurs stage and would love to be able to teach them something too. I've added some pictures of my favorite ones. If anyone can point me in any directions of further reference or study I'd appreciate it so much. Hope everyone is having a lovely, happy, healthy & safe day. Thank you for your time.
