Besides; Crinoid....Is there a specific name to this thing?

Or if it's a piece of something, what is that name of the piece?

 

Just wondering, trying to get more info. Thank you!

Crinoid columnals/stalk piece

 

This is the stem of the crinoid animal which connects the calyx which is the main body of the animal to the holdfast which is the part that attaches it to the sea floor or some kind of debris. 

Not all crinoids have a stalk, especially today. But during the Paleozoic these were very common which is why these are found throughout marine deposits of that time

"Pluricolumnal" is used in specialist literature to refer to a piece of stem, made of the single columnal plates which are often informally called ossicles
