This is priceless Kane. I love it! Thanks! I don't mean to make light of the danger, but sometimes a bit of levity cuts the edge off what might be a very stressful situation. I am hopeful that everyone follows official state guidance and doesn't take any unnecessary risks. Your advice to be prepared and leave if uncertain is perfect. And if any of you on the coast know of anyone who is infirm and/or alone, maybe check in on them to ensure they are prepared and help out where you can. But, knowing New Englanders, "ah, it was just a bit windy and rainy." Bless their hearty and hardy souls. 1 1 ...How to Philosophize with a Hammer
Top Trilo
Agree with others, stay safe, that applies to others facing natural disasters, I know at least North America has lots of fires in the west and flooding across the south and I'm sure other parts of the world are dealing with similar situations. Mainefossils
Thanks for the best wishes everyone! Power never went out - just some rain for a few days. Really, the worst part is what comes after! Here, we have the remnants of a heat dome over us, as well as high humidity from the storm. Keeps everyone moist and sticky. Misha
I was out in PA when the hurricane came in, we did return to the tail end of it but it seems like nothing happened other than a bit of rain where I live. Thanks everyone!

Fortunately we just got the very edge of the storm system. It was overcast and we got some rain overnight, but no big deal. I hope the people further south did okay.
