A large Souther Mammoth (Mammuthus meridionalis) upper molar found in Pleistocene gravel pits near Pest, Hungary (1 mya - 800 000 years old) A wooly mammoth (Mammuthus primigenius) molar found in the North Sea, the Netherlands (20 000 years old) A partial Columbian mammoth (Mammuthus columbi) molar found in Dixie County, Florida, USA (20 000 years old) A lower jaw of a Straight Tusked Elephant (Palaeoloxodon antiquus) found in Pleistocene Rhine Grind Deposits, Rhineland, Germany (120 000 - 100 000 years old) A small but pristine Stegodon trigonocephallus molar found in Central Java, Indonesia (2,6 - 1,8 mya) A Gomphore molar, most likely the Shoveltusked Elephant (Platybelodon grangeri) found in the Linxia Basin, Gansu Province, China (11 mya) A Gomphotherium angustidens molar found in Serbia (10 mya) A Prodeinotherium bavaricum molar found in the Bugojno Basin, Gornji Vakuf, Bosnia and Herzegovina (11 mya) 1 Interested in all things paleontology, geology, zoology, evolution, natural history and science!
