Louie
Well, I finally aquired my 1st fossil fish. A Mio originally prepped by the Black Hills Institute of Geological Research (tagged on the back). I saw it on ebay a few weeks ago from a guy that lives only about a half hour from me. After it didn't sell, I called him up, struck a pretty good deal, & went & picked it up! The fish is just shy of 13" long, nicely detailed, and hanging proudly in my "fossil room" now
Plantguy
Hi Louie, yep, that's a great specimen you've acquired and you have a fossil room too. Oh, that's very nice---I need one! Regards, Chris
Louie
Hi Louie, yep, that's a great specimen you've acquired and you have a fossil room too. Oh, that's very nice---I need one! Regards, Chris Thanks Chris! Oh, by the way, the "fossil room" started out as a den, then was changed to a nursery for about 6 yrs....then we changed back to the den again, and then morphed into the current place to hang out with fossils :jig: Edited February 22, 2010 by Louie
