Is this dinosaur or bird feathers ? Which is the best label that I can do for this?

Hi everyone!

Recently my friend have just bought this. This is Myanmar amber from one seller that we usually trade but he don't have any idea about ID it. So I would like to ask you is this actually dinosaur or bird. What is the best label for it if it hard to ID.

Check out this very recent topic.  The  abstract, unfortunately is paywalled, states that Enantiornithes and dinosaurs are most likely represented in the assemblage, as well as unknown taxa.   Very nice specimen

As a feather, it is, of course, from a dinosaur. But I'm not sure enough is yet known about early feathers to determine whether they came from birds or non-avian dinosaurs.
