Fossil wood without location

i received few minerals(sometimes sliced and polished) from a old collection mixed with fossils,mostly without name and location ,i think these are fossil wood;i think it's probably from Madagascar,is it possible to find the location?

Specimen on first photograph is probably not from Madagascar (I believe to see vessels in the wood microstructure, which suggests 'hardwood', which would be incompatible with the great majority of Madagascar woods, which are Triassic in age). The second specimen might be from Madagascar, but then again, this type of mineralisation is pretty generic, making it difficult to retrace the location of origin. Unfortunately, none of the specimens photographed have mineralisation characteristics that immediately strike me as being typical for one particular locality.

Thanks Tim for your help!it would be very sad if i can't find the age and location for these wood :( there are not many country who polish fossil wood slice, regards Gery
