xtxs2009
Hi everyone. this is a Fuxianhua from Lower Cambrian Chengjiang Fauna, Yunnan, China somebody may have heared about it before. its a kind of cambrian arthropod only yied from Chengjiang. accroding to resent research, Fuxianhuia is one of the least derived Cambrian Arthropods. (By Bergstrom et al, 2008). the both eyes and antennes were perseived. also the mud-fulled dugestive tract can be observed on the middle part of the bug. suggests Fuxianhuia could be a deposite-feeding animal. Fuxiahuia is quite hard to find a complete one, even with both eyes and antennes makeit more remarkable. only pity is the black mark, somebody may think i must respones for it beacuse it looks like a ink mark. but in fact they are some pyrolusite on the surface. pleecan
You need to resize photo to something like 850 pixels max dimension or else nothing shows up when you post. Just a suggestion.... Why not create your own folder and keep adding to it as over time, otherwise your postings will become too highly fragmented and Chaotic. pleecan
Hi Xtxs: I can explain my understanding.... I went to your web site and down loaded you picture Properties are: 527 pixel x 1600 pixel which is far too big to upload on this site The largest dimension is 1600 pixel... is too big for this site so The 1600 pixel must be reduce to something like 850 pixel max Dimension proportional rescale to 279 pixels x 850 pixels = 77K bytes in storage space The specimen is super nice... I really enjoy seeing your Cambrian creatures. Peter Edited March 7, 2010 by pleecan
