Not a meteorite, anomaly or gemstone. Looks like a coral colony, so I'd say probably a fossil. :look:

I agree it looks like a colonial Rugose coral.

Depends on the stratigraphic age, but at least 250 mya. We don't do appraisals here, but I think I'm allowed to say that it doesn't have much monetary value.
