Sedimentary rock structures with various forms of weathering, but not fossils that I can see.

I think the 3rd image looks remarkably like The Grinch!

Apart ftom that, no life preserved as fossils that i can see.

If you could tell us what county you are in, we could tell you more accurately what to look for/what you can expect to find.  ;)

Southwest Missouri looks like mostly Mississippian, Pennsylvanian, and some Ordovician aged bedrock, so you can expect to find mostly invertebrate fossils.
