Unknown Moroccan Dinosaur Vertebrae

I’m possibly looking at purchasing this pair of Moroccan vertebrae. They’re real as far as I can tell from the pics. They’re labeled as “dinosaur”, but that’s as much information as the seller has. Are these even dinosaur? Can anyone provide any other information? Thanks.

Not sure you can say much with these photos, all mostly dorsal views, nothing jumps out.  Do you at least have a more specific location and formation?

The seller said they’re dinosaur vertebrae from Africa, I assume they’re Moroccan. I almost think they could be marine reptile, maybe plesio/elasmosaur, idk. The seller didn’t give a location or formation, why I didn’t buy them. If you think more ventral images would help I can ask for them.

Here are the new pics the seller sent me, please let me know if they help, or if the verts are just unidentifiable, thanks so much:

Africa could also be Madagascar, where dinosaur and marine reptile material have also been found and are, with some frequency, seen on  the market. There are other places too, of course, but I don't think much vertebrate material (other than teeth, of course) has come onto the market from Niger, let alone Egypt...

One of the vertebrae looks like a sacral due to the sutures.
