Calcite Replacement Specimen

Looking for some info on this specimen from Eastern MO. Is this perhaps some sort of cephalopod impression partially replaced by calcite crystals? Thanks!

Looks like an imprint from a crinoid stem.

Before I commit to crinoid as the proper ID, it would be nice to have the size of the specimen posted.
