Hi All - hoping for some help in identifying if this is a fossil. Looks to be a hip or shoulder piece? I know they have found have been T-Rex, Iguanadon and Mosasaurus in the Texas Hill country. It is very pourous. About 3 feet in length. Any help is appreciated.

Sorry, that looks like a weathered and eroded limestone.  Don't see a bone, but shaped like a bone.    Don't belive there were T-Rex or  Iguanadon ever found in Texas Hill country.

"Blasing said he does not know of any Iguanodon bones that have been found in Texas or anywhere else in the United States. “I believe the majority (of evidence) here are tracks,” said Blasing."                              Borrowed that quote from a research paper,  I think you misunderstood whatever you read, only tracks of dinosaurs have been found in the hill country.
