This is Eurypterus tetragonophtalmus. Ludlow, Gortsky Stage, Ustovsk Formation from the Khmelnytsky Region of Ukraine.

For the price of some tomatos now that's a :Fairy: bargain.  I have not got any fossils from Ukraine, or any Eurypterus at that.    :envy:
