Neural spine for sure - looks like a cetacean bit that weathered out of one of the softer boulders at the site.

thanks. any idea how to confirm its a fossil and not modern. im almost certain its a fossil because it tings when it hits something hard and feels dense but im being told on reddit its from a t bone steak haha.
