Stonebreaker Posted May 6, 2010 Share Posted May 6, 2010 IDK if this is the right spot for this ,but, I'm taking a trip from Billings Mt. to Chicago and back but i will probably go down I-80 through Denver on the way home.I'd like to see if anyone knows of any good 1 day or 1/2 day digs to blow some time. I was thinking the Badlands on the way out and then maybe going to a pay dig site in utah or wyoming. Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated. I have scoured the net for some good links but I seem to come up short. I think for sure I wil go to either A) Warfield Quarry or U-dig fossils in utah and anything else I can find for cheap or free. Like I said aside from the pay sites they have to be kinda quick ways to burn a few hours or more.
