You'll have to do better than this if you really think that this is a bird, which it is not. You're showing us what appears to be a rock in an unfocussed photo and are giving us no more information about it, such as its size, location and stratigraphy.

Try photographing your finds outside in brighter light as that generally results in better focused images. Even from the rather blurry image above the vague shape that your are interpreting (I'm assuming) as some sort of bird head is not what you are thinking it might be. Bird fossils do exist and they tend to be quite rare. They appear as isolated or articulated bones (sometimes with exceptional preservation with feathers).
