Could it be a heart fossil? blood circulation is preserved

Organs do not generally fossilize. This seems more akin to boxwork or similar geologic phenomena, but not a fossil.

Hello Sahinerr and welcome to the forum!

Thats a nice find,  but not a fossil.

My cousin found a similar one shortly after his father had heart surgery and kept it as a memento. Not a real heart though.
