Nimravis
Today I stopped at a friends house (Marty H.) and picked up about 10+ bags of Mazon Creek fossils. I have done this a number of times over the last couple of years. I go through them and place them into buckets so I can bring them to the ESCONI Braceville Shaft Mine Trip and dump them out for the participant’s. I like to go there with several buckets full of fossils. I went through a few bags and here are a few pictures of some of their contents. These fossils came from Pits 2, 3, 4, 11 and Dresden Lakes.

Tidgy's Dad
Some of those ferns and jellyfish are really nice. The lucky visitors at ESCONI, hopefully a lot of children, are going to be very happy. Good work, my friend. Life's Good! Tortoise Friend.
Nimravis
Here are a few more, a nice large Macroneuropteris with a basal leaf, that I glued together. An Esconites zelus worm, that may not look like much, but it does have a very nice preservation of the mandibles. Other misc stuff- Cyperites, Pecopteris, Neuropteris, Essexella asherae.

Some people may not think there is nothing here that they might be interested in, but we have to remember the audience. These fossils and others from my collection and a couple other ESCONI members bring stuff for the participants to the collecting site. Most are newbies with kids, and that is who it is geared towards, we are trying to perpetuate the hobby. I remember when I started, I would have loved to have any of these pieces. 1
Fin Lover
Hey, I haven't been a kid for a long time and I would love any of these pieces. @Nimravis, we need to get you involved in the rolling auction. Fin Lover My favorite things about fossil hunting: getting out of my own head, getting into nature and, if I’m lucky, finding some cool souvenirs. Fin Lover
Thanks, I just started watching it a couple of months ago. I'll keep watching.
