Can you take more pictures closer better lighting and maybe with a different camera. Can you also tell us where it’s from.

I am going to say " NO" even without a clearer picture.

Fossils occur in sedimentary rock.

That matrix is not.

I agree this is no trilobite as far as I can tell from the foto.

What it is I cannot tell without shraper pictures,  maybe a modern sea creature? Interesting.

Hard to say from the unfocused image, but it might be a recent praying mantis egg case on the rock surface.
