Hard to identify what it is, being so incomplete.

It could be a lizard foreleg, but, I am not positive about that.  :unsure:

Could you give us more information on how you got it?  Did you find it yourself or did you get it from someone else?

its not a specimen that I own, its something I spotted online, only info given was that its cretaceous and from inner mongolia, which covers alot of different fossil sites
