AlwaysISOSharkTeeth412
Hi everyone. My name is Ben and I live in western PA. I’ve been vacationing with my family at Topsail, NC for the last four summers and have developed a real interest in searching for fossilized shark teeth, particularly after the haul I had two summers ago (pic attached). I joined this site to learn more and specifically to ask for guidance on Calvert Cliffs. I’m planning a day trip to the area this Sunday to search for shark teeth. I’ve done a lot of google searching on the best beach to go to, and I was leaning toward Matoaka cabins, but I really wanted to get the guidance of the group here on the best place to go this Sunday.

Elmo
Welcome from Maryland and nice finds. I’m not sure what area it hitting good, but I was at Calvert Cliffs state park Monday and it was my worst day out this year. It is way over picked at this point in the year. I can say that I always have decent luck at Flag Ponds. I hope this helps at least a little.
