north central mo. usa   found in deep cut ditch native timber elevation 725ft

fossils? mud? reptiles? sorry Im new at prospecting , and basic computer operating .Looking for points . natives tools and artifacts over the past couple of decades,  has put some interesting items in my  hands and storage bins.. Some of them look like rolled up reptiles , beast period? thanks for info , blessed to have Site like The Forum for Valuable truthful helpful info.. Im a agriculture producer 4th generation Row Crop and Beef cow calf ranching as well .. been over many many acres of earth in my tenure ,,  been walked hundreds hundres of miles,  every ditch sream creek in my area .. find more intesting rocks ,  than native tools .. mabe there just rocks or concresions? could be going nuts also , My Bride may be correct .. thanks for any info .. pics could be better Indeed thank you all..

Concretions and nodules.  No fossils, unfortunately.

Looks like stream worn sandstone or siltstone.

Probably a concretion.

sorry, seeing rocks;  not seeing anything that says 'fossil' ;  the top two rounded pieces look like hematite.  Try a streak test on a piece of white tile; if it streaks red or rusty, then probably just waterworn hematite pebbles.  I could be wrong, so perhaps others would like to weigh in.
