Boxing Day Discoveries: A couple of trilobites from Mahantango Formation in West Virginia

My sons and I went on a Boxing Day expedition to the Mahantango Formation in West Virginia, and lots of fragmentary trilobites and brachiopods but also some nicer more complete specimens. We were really happy with the two Eldredgeops Rana specimens. We also found a trilobite fossil with its impression (see second photo). It was like opening a present when we split open the layer and lifted it to reveal the fossil! Not sure what the second one is, though. We're all new to this, so any identification suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!!

Love the dad’s day out!! So cool with the inverse fossil being unexpected.

I looked up my chances to find one… not good. ;)  Thanks for letting me tag along. Guess forum trilobites are my trilobites! I’m 70 years too late for my Florida chances.

“The only trilobite ever found in Florida is a single specimen from one such core, drilled in Madison County, at a depth of around 1570 meters (4630 feet). It was described by Harry Whittington in 1953 and is known today as Plaesiacomia exsul.”

The trilobites are all likely to be Eldredgeops rana.
