Possible seabed?

Found near the Black Range Mountains in Grant County NM. Not sure what it is if nothing but a rock. Was worth picking up either way.

It does look like a rock that has fossils, however the images are not very clear so its hard to say what they might be. Maybe somebody that knows your area will be able to give an opinion soon.

Yeah I've seen better pics of "Bigfoot" I will  post new ones.

  Mud from sea floor. Lots of critters live/lived in this environment and left lots of traces of their existence.
