Ptychodus04
These can be tough. It’s hard to get cemented river deposits off a tusk without peeling the outer layer of tusk off. Do you have any prepping tools? Have you prepped in the past? Ptychodus04
Don't use water if your tusk has dried out. It will fall apart. Use alcohol to loosen the sediment and brush it off gently with a toothbrush. 1 Regards, Kris Global Paleo Services, LLC https://globalpaleoservices.com http://instagram.com/globalpaleoservices http://instagram.com/kris.howe
