Trying to ID these teeth from Pierre shale sd. Hard to get closer photo without blurring. Guessing mosasaur or plesiosaur but wondering if species type is possible. Thanks

I know it's not a fish tooth. Just not sure what reptile species.

Clearer photos showing the surface details may help.

The phone camera doesn't seem to focus any closer. Know how people get nice photos?

I have the same problem with my phone. I've started taking photos through a standing magnifying glass that has a lighted rim and it has been much better.
