It looks good to me, obviously it was glued back together, but at first glance i dont see any restorations or signs that its completly fake. Yes, there are odd preservations to be found in the Morrison, so if this Morrison Fm, it is very unusual. On your third photo, I wonder why the bottom of the distal end of the phalanx is offset.
