val horn
I am sorry i dont see enamel so i don’t believe it is a tooth. That curving structure on one surface makes me wonder if it will burn or melt.

Shellseeker
Michael, It might be wild pigs introduced to Florida in the 1800s. or it could be peccary , an ancestor of today's pigs that goes back millions of years. I found a tooth last August... it was peccary.. "Experts" have some difficulty differentiating the two fauna Here is the record from UF Database 1 The White Queen ".... in her youth she could believe "six impossible things before breakfast"
Harry Pristis
This unerupted enamel cap doesn't look at all like a peccary tooth in my view. It is almost certainly a Sus scrofa tooth. 2 http://pristis.wix.com/the-demijohn-page What seest thou else In the dark backward and abysm of time? ---Shakespeare, The Tempest
