Porous, which leads me to believe it is cetecean. Thank you in advance for the help!

Hi,

it does not show the characteristic solid structure of many sirenian ribs, on the other hand it does look quite dense with only some porosity, so  I would not exclude sirenians rightaway. Others will know more.
