I am new to fossils and have inherited some interesting items.  Can anyone identify these?

Is this considered a well defined or large fossil or a common one?

Crinoids are echinoids (members of the group that includes sea stars and urchins). Crinoid stems and arms are made up of a bunch of little discs (like lots of little discs). As a result they are common finds in rock layers from the time when they were a very common life form. As a result such a fossil does not have much of a monetary value but assuming this was inherited from a favorite relative it should be invaluable to you. ;)

Cheers.
