lower permian bone

Any thoughts on this bone, 17.8mm long. From the Halgaito formation (lower Permian) of SE Utah?

I showed this to a paleo colleague whose graduate student looked at it under magnification and thought it was not likely to be a limb bone. Perhaps a rib. FWIW

I see a limb bone, not a rib, but then my knowledge of the Permian is minimal.
